**BEGINNING OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE**

A & K Liquors Inc. d/b/a Berlin Wine & Spirits, 264 West Street, Berlin, MA 01503, has applied to the Berlin Select Board to transfer the All-Alcohol Package Store Liquor License from Daigneaults Liquors, Inc., to A & K Liquors Inc. d/b/a Berlin Wine & Spirits, 264 West Street, Berlin, MA 01503, Boski Patel, Manager.  This license is exercised at 264 West Street, Berlin, on the following described premises:  One floor, 800 square feet across three rooms.

A Public Hearing will be held before the Board of Selectmen regarding this matter on Monday, January 22, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall, 2nd Floor, Room 206, at 23 Linden Street, Berlin, MA.  Written and oral comments from the public will be accepted before and/or during this hearing.
