Town Administrator
The Town Administrator serves as the Town's chief administrative officer, chief financial officer, and chief procurement officer, exercises overall responsibility for human resources for the Town, and acts as the agent for the Select Board in the coordination and administration of all town affairs under the jurisdiction of the Board. The authority and responsibilities of the Town Administrator are defined in the ACT ESTABLISHING A BOARD OF SELECTMEN-TOWN ADMINISTRATOR FORM OF GOVERNMENT FOR THE TOWN OF BERLIN, enacted by Governor Charles D. Baker on January 7, 2019.
