Glass atrium entrance only - open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

  • Telephone connects collars to emergency police/fire dispatch
  • Green lockbox for delivery of documents to Town Officials (call the Town department you are trying to reach to advise of items dropped in the box)
  • Other than donations of non-perishable items for the Berlin Family Food Pantry on the pantry's shelves, do NOT drop donations in the lobby.  To donate durable medical equipment, make an appointment with the Council on Aging Director at coadirector@townofberlin.com
  • To safely dispose of medicines or sharps/needles, make an appointment using the non-emergency Police Department number: 978-838-7356

Past the atrium, public access hours to the main building lobby (connecting visitors to BOTH the police/fire and Town Office halves of the joined building complex) are:

  • Monday thru Thursday:   8 am - 10 pm
  • Fridays: 8 am - 5 pm
  • Holidays: Main Entrance Doors Locked
