Cultural Council

At the BCC, we begin preparing for the grant cycle several months before any applications are reviewed by gathering input from the community.

Learning about what the Berlin community values and needs, helps to shape local guidelines and priorities for the coming grant cycle, and ensures that the Berlin Cultural Council has the information they need to make informed grant decisions.

LCC Grant applicants are encouraged to request input on proposed LCC Originated Projects and to solicit suggestions for specific future programs and activities.

The Berlin Cultural Council is appointed by the Berlin Select Board and operates pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Chapter 10, Section 58.
