ANNOUNCEMENT OF RECISSION OF TOWN OF BERLIN, MASSACHUSETTS DECLARATION OF EMERGENCY EFFECTIVE JUNE 15, 2021 DUE TO LIFTING OF COMMONWEALTH’S COVID-19 PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY

 

The Town of Berlin, Massachusetts Declaration of Emergency, as voted separately- and unanimously- and retroactive to March 10, 2020 by:

  • The Berlin Board of Health on March 17, 2020; and
  • The Berlin Select Board on March 23, 2020

is rescinded effective June 15, 2021 concurrent with the recission of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts State of Emergency:

  • signed/effective 3/10/2020 - Executive Order No. 591: Declaration of a State of Emergency to Respond to COVID-19; and
  • rescinded effective June 15, 2021 by signature of Governor Charles Baker on May 28, 2021: Order Announcing the Termination of the March 10, 2020 State of Emergency and Rescinding COVID-19 Executive Orders Issued Pursuant to the Massachusetts Civil Defense Act - COVID-19 Order No. 69.
