Assistant Treasurer/Collector

 

The Town of Berlin is seeking applicants for a full-time Assistant Treasurer - Collector position.  Working under the direction of the Treasurer - Collector, the position is responsible for being the primary point of contact for residents, collecting Town revenue, and assisting with payroll, payables and benefits administration. Associates degree in business administration or related field, 3 years’ experience in a municipal finance/banking setting, knowledge of VADAR and Harpers payroll systems preferred.  Salary is $55,000 +/- DOQ.  Interested candidates should submit a cover letter and resume to selectmen@townofberlin.com.   Open until filled with priority review given to applications received by May 7, 2024.
