Winter Parking Ban in effect - Nov 1 to Apr 1

WINTER PARKING BAN – A winter parking ban is now in effect. No vehicle shall be parked on the streets of Berlin for a period of time longer than one (1) hour between the hours of 11 PM and 6 AM of any day during the period from November 1 to April 1 of each year.
SNOW BY-LAWS – No snow or ice shall be deposited on any public street or sidewalk from any parking lot, business or residential driveway once the street or sidewalk has been plowed by the Department of Public Works for the first time. Violators are subject to fines.
