PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Under the provisions of the General Laws of Massachusetts, Chapter 166, and any additions or amendments thereto; please be advised that at their meeting on Monday, January 22, 2024, at 8:00 p.m., the Berlin Select Board will consider a request to give permission to Massachusetts Electric Company d/b/a National Grid and Verizon New England, Inc, to locate poles, wires, and fixtures, including the necessary sustaining and protecting fixtures, along and across the following public way:

Powers Rd - National Grid to install 1 JO Pole on Powers Rd beginning at a point approximately 0 feet northeast of the centerline of the intersection of Coburn Rd and continuing approximately 300’ in a northeast direction. Installing one new Pole # 24-50 at the entrance to Powers Rd in Berlin.  This pole is located 300’ from the intersection with Coburn Rd. and Randall Rd.

Location approximately as shown on the plan attached.
