Metalsmithing- Copper Bookmarks

Metalsmithing with Heather Beck

Heather Beck will teach participants about the structure of copper and how to create drawings in metal and use letter stamps to create textures and words on the bookmarks. Participants can stamp the bookmarks with their favorite quotes or names or even create a drawings on their copper blanks! They all will have a hole drilled into the top for a string, ribbon, or key ring. There is a sulphur dip to blacken the recessed areas on the project and make the texture really pop! 

This workshop is for ages 10+.

This workshop will be held at the 1870 Town Hall, 12 Woodward Ave., Berlin MA.
