Please return your Annual Town Census forms by the end of May 2023

The Town Clerk's Office asks all residents who have not yet returned their 2023 Annual Town Census form to please do so by the end of the month (by Wednesday, May 31, 2023).

Failure to provide the Town Clerk's Office with your Annual Town Census form automatically causes a resident voter to be switched from ACTIVE to INACTIVE voter status. Avoid a hassle at the polls, since failure to file a census will cause such voters to have to (1) show an ID at the polls and (2) complete a census form before voting.

--> Please do your part and return your Town of Berlin Annual Census form to the Town Clerk's Office by:

  • Dropping your completed form in the Green Lock Box in the lobby of the Town Offices (the lobby is open 24 hours a day!)
  • Send by US Mail to: Berlin Town Clerk, 23 Linden Street Box #8, Berlin, MA 01503
  • Email to: TownClerk@townofberlin.com
  • Delivery to the Town Clerk's Office during office hours Tuesday & Thursday from 11 AM to 1 PM; and Wednesday nights from 7 to 9 PM (Room 202, 2nd Floor, Berlin Town Offices)
