New Mail Address for Tax Payments

Effective immediately, the remittance address for paying Real Estate, Personal Property, and Motor Vehicle Excise tax has changed. Payments should no longer be mailed to PO Box 41, Berlin, MA 01503, but rather to:

For proper credit please write the account number(s) on the check and enclose the remit portion of the bill. To obtain a receipt enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope with both copies of the tax bill along with your payment. The taxpayer copy will be stamped “received” and returned to you.
