VIRTUAL MEETING NOTICE:  Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limits on the number of people that may gather in one place due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) and as amended since this meeting of the Town of Berlin Select Board will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible.

No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings in real-time, via technological means. The Town of Berlin will use best efforts to post an audio or video recording, transcript, or another comprehensive record of proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting on:

Zoom Virtual Meetings

Zoom Meetings provide remote meeting capability for meeting participants and audience members alike.  Meeting attendance can be achieved in one of two ways (either way, see log-in directions at the end of this meeting posting):

Video conference (recommended) – requires an Internet-enabled device with a camera and microphone (laptop, tablet, smartphone, or PC - there needs to be a camera and microphone to be seen, heard, and hear discussion); or

Telephone only – By making a telephone call to a Zoom Meeting access telephone number and entering the meeting ID#.  You will be unable to see other meeting participants or any documents presented during the meeting.
