International Dot Day at Berlin Public Library on Saturday, September 10th, 10am to 1pm. Children's Room (downstairs) and Teen Space. Community art for all levels!
Paper and materials provided. Drop in and leave your artwork for the community to enjoy. No experience or expertise required!
