Berlin's ADA Plan recognizes the need to comply with state and federal laws governing facility and communications accessibility, and provides recommendations to ensure website accessibility,  compatibility with assistive technology, effective communication, auxiliary aids, and reasonable accommodations.  It will be important to ensure content is accessible as more services are provided digitally.

The ADA Self-Assessment offers policies, practices, programs, procedures, services, communication, etc. as a framework to improve accessibility.

If you need auxiliary aids and services for effective communication (such as sign language interpreter, assistive listening device or print material in digital format) or a reasonable modification in programs, services or activities, contact ADA Coordinator Margaret Nartowicz  (978-310-5919) as soon as possible, preferably 5 business days before the activity or event.
