AMBULANCE INVENTORY SCHEDULE As a reminder - There is also a jump kit, AED and suction unit on the Rescue truck that needs to be checked when the inventory is done on the ambulance. AED needs to be checked on the ambulance also.  Please use the separate forms.  When doing inventory take the time to clean the rig at the same time for 4 people to do a cleaning and inventory takes about 4 hours.  Also please take the time to restock what has been used after each call if there is no one there with a key please sign the one out at dispatch to restock for the next person.  If we are running low in anything write it on the supply list outside the storage/stock room.
