National Grid Pole Hearing - March 23, 2020 at 7:10 PM

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - TOWN OF BERLIN

The Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 23, 2020, at 7:10 p.m., at the Berlin Town Office Building, Room 206, 23 Linden Street, Berlin, Massachusetts, to act on the February 26, 2020 petition of Massachusetts Electric Company d/b/a National Grid to locate poles, wires, fixtures, including the necessary sustaining and protecting fixtures, along and across the following public way:

River Road West - National Grid to install 1 SO (solely-owned) Pole on River Road West beginning at a point approximately 0 feet north of the centerline of the intersection of the Berlin Town Line and continuing approximately 375’ feet in a northerly direction.  Install pole for new service to the Town of Berlin (Community) Garden.

Location approximately as shown on plan attached, dated February 25, 2020 and Work Request Number 28358311 and titled “Petition – River Rd West, MA – Petition to the Town of Berlin to install 1 SO pole”.
