Please see the attached communication dated Sept. 6, 2019 and received by the Berlin Selectmen's Office on Sept. 10, 2019 regarding Charter Commmunication's pricing changes:
* notification to be included within customers' Sept. 6, 2019 bills
* new pricing to take effect on or after Oct. 6, 2019
* promotional rates will not change until the end of any promotional period you may be in with Charter.
