PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

TOWN OF BERLIN

The Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 10, 2020, at 7:35 p.m., at the Berlin Town Office Building, Room 206, 23 Linden Street, Berlin, Massachusetts, to act on the January 23, 2020 joint petition of

Massachusetts Electric Company d/b/a National Grid

and

Verizon New England, Incorporated

to locate poles, wires, fixtures, including the necessary sustaining and protecting fixtures, along and across the following public way:

South Street - National Grid to install 1 JO (solely-owned) Pole on South Street beginning at a point approximately 800’ feet northwest of the centerline of the intersection of Crosby Road and South Street.  Install 1 JO stub pole P68-84.

Location approximately as shown on plan attached, dated December 2, 2019 and Work Request Number 29445058 and titled “Petition Sketch – 244 South St, Berlin, MA”.
