Pursuant to the company’s License Agreement with the Town of Berlin – and as required by the Massachusetts Department of Telecommunications and Cable – Charter has copied the Town on the following pieces of documentation:
- Billing Practices and Equipment Notice (Annual Customer Notification)
- Sample Subscriber Bill
- Sample Subscriber Work Order
- Channel Line-up Card with Rate Information
The information is being filed both with the Town and the MA Department of Telecommunications and Cable. There is also information enclosed about Charter’s new Spectrum Internet Assist program, providing a discounted broadband service to eligible low-income families and seniors.
