The Berlin Board of Selectmen is the issuing authority for several licenses and permits.
Licenses generally expire on December 31st. It is your responsibility to timely file with the Selectmen’s Office to renew your licensees.

Please use this link to access a copy of the Special Event Application Form. This form should be used to seek Selectmen approvals for special events in town. It is the applicant’s responsibility to complete this form fully and obtain all department sign-offs listed before filing the application with the Selectmen’s Office. In order to provide adequate time for Selectmen review, completed applications should be submitted to the Selectmen’s Office at least three (3) weeks prior to the event.
