The Berlin Board of Selectmen is the issuing authority for several licenses. Please complete the General License Application and the Workers Comp Form, and provide a copy of your certificate of insurance:
For new/revised motor vehicle sales licenses, please use the following form Berlin Class I/II/III License App. Annual motor vehicle license renewals require the General License Application, Workers Comp Form, and payment of a fee as follows:
For new/revised alcohol licenses, please follow ABCC directives and file with the Selectmen’s Office, which serves as the Local Licensing Authority for the Town of Berlin. The ABCC portal is http://www.mass.gov/abcc/forms.htm.

Licenses generally expire on December 31st. It is your responsibility to timely file with the Selectmen’s Office to renew your licensees. Documentation with proper payment (payable to “Town of Berlin”) should be sent to:
