• Open board positions and nominations
• Review registrations, determine number of teams
• Determine coaches
• Review new coach pitch league, format, and Boylston vs. Harvard Bolton option
• Prepare for assessment day

Assessment Day______________ Feb 12, Saturday, BMS Gym

• Assess minor league players ______ 9:00 AM
• Assess major league players______ 10:15 AM

Second Meeting changed to ___ March 22, Tuesday, 7:00 PM Town Hall

• Review teams and coaches
• Review HLBB and LL rules
• Review Safety Plan
• Indoor and Outdoor Practices
• Coach packets

Field Day___________________ April 2, 9:00 AM

• Field Clean up
• All teams need minimum 6 parents involved in field maintenance and clean up
• Fields will be assigned by age groups and teams
