Tee-Ball Field Transformed into Softball Field
Thank
you to the many volunteers who have put in approximately 2000
hours of effort to relocate the Tee-Ball field and change the
infield from grass to a “skinned” infield. This
newly refurbished field now supports not only Tee-Ball and Coach
Pitch baseball, but also girls softball.
Thanks also to the Town of Berlin Recreation Committee and Highway
Department for their assistance in providing materials and support
to make this happen.
Let’s
play softball!
Field Maintenance Day
Team practices are getting underway, and it is time to get the
fields ready too.

March 29th from 8:00 – 2:00 and Sunday, March 30th from
1:00 – 5:00.
Rain

We will be getting the fields ready for play by accomplishing
the following tasks:
Rake,
weed, and level base paths and infield
Install bases and pitching rubber
Restore pitching mounds
Add loam where needed
Please bring rakes and shovels
if you can.

need this information this week to organize teams and inter-league
schedules.
