Transfer Station Sticker Fees

proof of residency required


1st Sticker for Household: $125, discounted to $100 if purchased before 9/1/2007

2nd Sticker for Household: $10


For low-income residents, reduced rates are available by application to the Board of Health, T.S. Manager.

 

All users of the transfer station, including those using a private hauler (Matthew Trucking) must purchase a sticker.

 

Stickers are available at the Transfer Station.

Items NOT accepted: Paint in Liquid Form - Brake Fluid - Anti-freeze - Building/Demolition Materials - Hazardous Waste - Oil - Solvents/Gasoline

Trading Shed Rules:

  • Items must be clean and reusable: no perishables!
  • No fee items allowed!
  • Trading shed is cleared out every month or two, so if you see something you might want, take it now!
  • Removal of items for resale is strictly prohibited
  • No microwave ovens, computers or televisions!

 
Transfer Station Personnel are authorized to require the opening of any container, including trash bags, for inspection. Failure to comply will result in loss of Transfer Station privileges.
